A night out turns to terror for Avery Hansen when she wakes up in a locked hospital room with no recollection of how she got there.
​A nurse arrives and informs Avery that the doctor will see her shortly, and that is all the woman will say.
Nothing more.
​Avery soon discovers, to her horror, that she is not alone.
Other women are being detained throughout the facility and she is further horrified to recognize one of the women, reported missing by the media in recent weeks.
Then Avery begins to notice that women disappear from the facility, never to be seen again, and new ones replace them.
The evasive director of the secured facility, known as Doctor Perritt, has plans for Avery and the other women also being held against their will.
But Avery has always gone against the grain and immediately proves to The Doctor that she is nothing like his other patients.
What is going on in this sterile, medical institution and what could they possibly want with Avery, a complete and unwilling stranger?
